Actor Tom Sizemore Molested 11-Year-Old, a Dozen Colleagues Say

Actor Tom Sizemore touched an 11-year-old girl’s genitals on a movie set in 2003, a dozen cast and crew members told The Hollywood Reporter. Sizemore, now 55, played the girl’s father in the film, which required her to sit on his lap. Sizemore allegedly stuck his hand under the girl’s nightgown and touched her genitals. The girl later told her parents, who talked to police, but did not press charges. Sizemore denied the allegations, and was removed from the film set, but was later invited back to film reshoots. Film producer Gus Spoliansky defended inviting Sizemore back onto the film. “We had a fiduciary responsibility to complete the film so we decided to go about business as usual—lacking the evidence of what happened that day,” Spoliansky told THR. “We took the allegation extremely seriously and we were willing to do anything, including dismissing Tom. We just couldn’t be police, judge and jury.”
