Hurricane Rina is growing in strength as it heads toward Mexico. The hurricane was downgraded to a Category 1 storm as it moved at 5mph toward Mexico. Residents and tourists in Cancún have begun stocking up on supplies. The U.S. issued a travel alert advising citizens in the area to prepare for the storm.
