MMA fighter Conor McGregor and his entourage allegedly attacked a van leaving the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Thursday—injuring a fellow fighter, the New York Post reports. Video obtained by TMZ appears to show McGregor and his team hurling heavy objects at the bus inside the arena's parking garage after a press conference. McGregor reportedly wanted to brawl with his rival, UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov, but fellow fighter Michael Chiesa ended up injured in the melee, sources told the Post. Cops were reportedly looking for McGregor after the skirmish—but were also suspicious that it was nothing more than a “publicity stunt” before UFC 223 on Saturday. McGregor was stripped of his lightweight championship belt on Wednesday.
