The Secret Service must have been in a panic: During a pick-up basketball game with friends on Friday, President Obama was elbowed on the lip, forcing him to get 12 stitches. He received care at the doctor’s office in the White House. No worries, though: Press secretary Robert Gibbs says the injury was inadvertent. The culprit was later identified as Ray Decerega, who works for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Decerega released a statement folowing the hubbub: "I learned today the president is both a tough competitor and a good sport. I enjoyed playing basketball with him this morning. I'm sure he'll be back out on the court again soon," he wrote.
