Jean-Georges is a legend for many reasons: this halibut recipe is one of them.
I love this recipe because it is simple yet extremely flavorful—it even feels a bit indulgent. It's great for a late summer dinner with friends since the short cooking time means you can relax more.

Fernand Point’s Ma Gastronomie is a classic with a sense of humor.
A classic that I can never get enough of. I look to Point’s recipes not only for inspiration, but also reflection, as he was one of the last truly great French gourmands. His creativity and wit come through in every recipe showing that you can push yourself daily while still having a sense of humor.

Destination
Tokyo combines execution and variety better than any place I know.
To me, Tokyo has simply the best food in the world. Their level of execution and seriousness rivals any great food city in the world. Coupled with the best fish market, bars, architecture, and random hidden restaurants, what’s not to love about this city?
