Prince Harry's on-again, off-again girlfriend arrived at Westminster Abbey just after 9 a.m. in an off-the-shoulder aqua-emerald dress by Alberta Ferretti. She paired the dress off with a beige hat. Alberta Ferretti said Davy plans on wearing two of her dresses. For the evening party she will switch to a one-shoulder midnight blue crepe satin gown.
