Clinton Confirmed for CFDA's: Hillary Clinton has been confirmed as a presenter at this year's CFDA Awards, reports the Associated Press. The unlikely fashion fan will present the event's annual Founders Award to Oscar de la Renta, a designer she was known to covet in her years as First Lady. Cara Delevingne’s Saint Laurent Campaign: As if Cara Delevingne didn’t already have her face plastered on enough campaigns and magazine pages, she’s gone and booked herself another (decidedly high-profile) job. The model-of-the-moment has landed herself a Saint Laurent advertisement for fall 2013, photographed in California by the label’s creative director Hedi Slimane. Thierry Mugler’s Cabaret: Flamboyant designer Thierry Mugler is not only returning to the Paris scene by revisiting the helm of his namesake brand as creative adviser. In December he will stage a cabaret revue called “Mugler Follies” at the city’s Théâtre Comédia. The show will exhibit his label’s hallmark blend of glamour and sci-fi aesthetics. The cabaret’s website states: “In a spectacle overflowing with creativity, Mugler blends joy with eroticism, magic with high technology, and light with transformation, to take the audience on an emotional ride.” [WWD]
