Victoria Beckham’s Wedding Tiara to Hit the Block: The 18-carat gold and diamond crown worn by Victoria Adams in 1999 when she married David Beckham will go up for auction at Bonhams on December 5. The tiara, designed by British designer Slim Barrett, is set to sell somewhere between £18,000 and £25,000. Originating from one of Barrett’s Parisian-inspired collections, the tiara has been on display at the Victoria and Albert Museum in the 100 Tiaras, Past and Present exhibition. “We’ve had over ten years of brilliant time with that tiara,” Barrett said, “and we’re on the next step of our journey.” [The Telegraph]
Burberry Selects New Chief Design Officer: Designer Christopher Bailey, who was recently named Burberry’s new CEO and creative director, introduced Luc Goidadin as the brand's latest chief design officer. "[Goidadin is] one of my most experienced, trusted and talented colleagues who has worked alongside me for over 12 years," Bailey said.
