Kate Middleton looked dazzling last night as she arrived at the Dilpomatic Reception, one of the biggest events in the royal social calendar, wearing a tiara loaned to her by the Queen.
It was the first time she has worn a tiara since the royal wedding.
The tiara previously belonged to the Queen Mother who bequeathed it to Princess Margaret.
It was made by society jewelers Garrard, who refashioned the gems from a pendant she was given by her husband, George VI.
