Phoebe Philo Honored by Queen Elizabeth II: Céline creative director Phoebe Philo received an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) from Queen Elizabeth II in the New Years Honors List for her services to the fashion industry. The British fashion designer was educated at the renowned Central Saint Martins college in London and worked alongside Stella McCartney. Legendary make-up artist Pat McGrath was also honored with an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for her dedication to the fashion and beauty industries.
