The President Should Be Arrested and Executed
“It’s time to arrest” Obama, Republican Florida statehouse candidate Joshua Black tweeted this week. “Hang him high.” When a local TV station asked Black about his call for the president’s execution, he stood by his words, only admitting that death by hanging might not be a realistic request. Obama, Black argues, is responsible for the drone strikes that killed believed al Qaeda leader and U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaki and, accidentally, his son. “When George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin, he got a trial. And whatever was going to come out of that trial. President Obama killed a 15-year-old, somebody else’s teenage son, and gets no trial,” Black told Tampa’s Fox Channel 13 in the parking lot of a Walmart. “I know that we don’t use hanging as a method of execution here in the U.S. anymore, so be it. Whatever method is applicable for the situation, I just want justice to be served.”
Obamacare Is a Ploy to Control Women’s Libidos
Who’s really waging a war against women? According to Mike Huckabee, by mandating copay-free contraception coverage through the Affordable Care Act, Democrats are essentially sending the message that women “cannot control their libido.” The Fox News commentator and former Arkansas governor made this argument during a Republican National Convention luncheon Thursday. Democrats want to make women believe “they are helpless without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing for them a prescription each month for birth control because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of government,” he said. Contrary to popular belief, it’s actually Republicans who want to “empower them to be something other than victims of their gender.”
Black People Are Responsible for Racism
White people aren’t really racist anymore, claims Christian radio host Sandy Rios. But if they are, it’s black people’s fault. “I think the racist garbage coming from the—uh, a lot of blacks right now who are just filled with bitterness and rage is just amazing to me,” she said in response to a listener’s accusation that she was racist. “It is racism, I am seeing it constantly here in D.C., you know, I think—and it’s causing white citizens to become more racist than they ever were.”
Sean Hannity Will Be Louie Gohmert’s Plus-One to SOTU Louie Gohmert has a hot date for Jan. 28. The offensively entertaining Texas rep—and Fringe Factor favorite—will show up to President Obama’s State of the Union address with none other than Sean Hannity on his arm. (Not in a gay way, though, obviously.) The conservative pair have apparently formed a friendship over their mutual dislike of the commander in chief, with Gohmert making regular appearances on Hannity’s radio show and even filling in for the talk-radio host once or twice. This chance to hobnob with America’s fearless leaders could be a big opportunity for Hannity, who has hinted at political aspirations of his own. The native New Yorker has been ready to relocate ever since Gov. Andrew Cuomo said this week that “extreme conservatives have no place in” his state. According to a response to a question asked on his Facebook page, yes, Hannity would consider running for office wherever he moves. “It would be either in Texas or Florida,” he said.
