Yes, indeed it has, for Prince William and his wife Kate will today celebrate their third wedding anniversary.
The family will spend the day “privately,” according to officials—and no doubt half-asleep—as they are still recovering from their three-week tour of Australasia.
Neither William or Kate have any official engagements today—in contrast to last year, when pregnant Kate spent the day on a visit to a children’s hospice in Hampshire and William was in Wales on duty as an RAF search-and-rescue pilot.
William gave Kate a stunning, £4,000 Cartier watch just days before they left on their three-week tour of Australia and New Zealand, which, according to a report in the Daily Mail, was an early anniversary present.
