When the judge lifted New England Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady’s four-game suspension today, the New England residents breathed a sigh of self-righteous relief. But one underlying nuance of this is that suddenly NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s actual authority is in question. With the Deflategate case as a precedent, now any of his penalties could be questioned.

Pittsburgh Steelers superfan Snoop Dogg thinks that fair is fair: If Brady can get away with cheating, then players busted for marijuana—namely the Steelers’ Le’Veon Bell, who was suspended for the first two games of the season after being busted for a DWI and marijuana possession—should get a clean slate as well. Both the Steelers and Patriots will face off in the season opener game on Sept. 10.

“That's bullshit,” the Dogfather said via Instagram. “You might as well overturn all the homies that got weed cases in the league too. If y’all gonna do that, keep it real.”

See his post below.

The NFL has said it will appeal today’s ruling.
