Bustle Digital Group is continuing its buying spree of digital media companies, The Daily Beast has learned. Multiple sources on Wednesday said that BDG had purchased The Outline, the stylish digital culture site founded in 2016. Outline founder Josh Topolsky confirmed the sale in an interview with Recode’s Peter Kafka. Over the past several months, Topolsky met with several digital media outlets to gauge interest in an acquisition. For his part, BDG founder Bryan Goldberg has scooped up a number of digital news sites over the past several years, including Mic and Gawker.
