Charlottesville Mayor Mike Signer called the fatal car crash on Saturday a “terrorist attack with a car used as a weapon” on NBC’s Meet the Press. James Fields, Jr. rammed a car into a crowd of anti-racism protesters on Saturday, killing one woman, 32-year-old Heather Heyer. Fields has been charged with second-degree murder.
