Johnny Depp Surprises 4th Grader

Did you ever write letters to celebrities as a kid? They probably never replied, but 9-year-old Beatrice Delap of Greenwich, Britain hit the jackpot: Johnny Depp showed up at her elementary school in character as Jack Sparrow after she wrote him a letter asking for help staging a “mutiny” against the teachers. Depp was filming the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie nearby. The school was told of Depp’s plans just 10 minutes before he arrived. When he met Beatrice he told her, “Maybe we shouldn’t mutiny today ‘cos there are police outside monitoring me.”
