Transformers: Dark of the Moon has landed as the third-best worldwide debut of all time, grossing $372 million through Sunday. Only 2009's Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, with $394 million, and 2007's Spider-Man 3, at $382 million, have scored better. Domestically the latest Transformers earned $162 million, far ahead of the second-place movie, Pixar's Cars 2, which earned $25.1 million in its second weekend. Another holdover is the Cameron Diaz comedy Bad Teacher, which grossed $14.1 million through Sunday.
