Allegedly offered to pay man on Craigslist for “really good time.”
Another day, another state representative involved in an Internet scandal. The Indianapolis Star has reported that Indiana Rep. Phillip Hinkle responded to a Craigslist post in the “Casual Encounters” section, offering a young man $80 plus tip “for a really good time” at a Marriott hotel last Saturday night. Hinkle recently voted for a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. The man who posted the original ad seeking “a sugga daddy” told the Star that he met with Hinkle but tried to leave when he found out who he was. He claimed Hinkle protested and exposed himself, and then later gave him an iPad, BlackBerry, and $100 cash to not speak about the encounter.
