Hillary Clinton has been secretary of state since 2009, but Muammar Gaddafi apparently only had eyes for her predecessor: rebels ransacking Gaddafi’s Tripoli compound found a photo album filled with “page after page” of pictures of former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice. Gaddafi referred to Rice as “my darling” in a 2007 interview with Al Jazeera TV. "I admire and am very proud of the way she leans back and gives orders to the Arab leaders,” he said, adding, “Leezza, Leezza, Leezza ... I love her very much.” The two broke the Ramadan fast together three years ago.
