Ron Paul may have finished third in the Iowa caucuses, but a majority of the Iowa delegates at the RNC will be shouting the libertarian’s name. The Texas congressman won’t get the nomination, but that hasn’t stopped him from plotting a libertarian takeover in Tampa. He’s amassed delegates nationwide that seek to spread his message on limited government, states’ rights, and contempt of foreign intervention. While Paul backers view this as a huge success, many other Republicans see it as a blow to Romney and the Republican Party.
