After meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that the U.S. and Turkey will explore new ways to assist the Syrian rebels, and said that the two countries are studying a range of options. When asked if officials are considering the use of a no-fly zone, Clinton indicated that such a measure was among the possibilities, but said it would “need greater in-depth analysis.” Clinton added, “It is one thing to talk about all kinds of potential actions, but you cannot make reasoned decisions without doing intense analysis and operational planning.”
