Sean Parker’s elaborate wedding—rumored to have a Game of Thrones theme—has racked up $2.5 million worth of fines, sources told “Page Six.” Parker hired a Lord of the Rings designer to devise an elaborate movie set for his wedding, including fake ruins, waterfalls, a cottage and staircase—and a dance floor of course. One tiny problem: he didn’t get the proper permits, officials said, but by the time they were alerted, the whole set had been built. Since the party must go on, Parker and the California Coastal Commission reportedly settled on a $2.5 million price tag for the fines. Parker also reportedly agreed to produce an educational video or mobile app that helps people identify which parts of the coast are open to the public.
