Possibly breaks world record.

This is a whole new breed of storm chasers. Brazilian surfer Carlos Burle is believed to have broken the world record for riding an estimated 100-foot wave during St. Jude's storm off the coast of Portugal. The previous record was set by Hawaiian surfer Garrett McNamara in 2011 with a 78-foot wave, and the exact size of Burle's wave has not yet been determined. What's more: he accomplished the feat shortly after saving a fellow Brazilian surfer from drowning after she had to be dragged unconscious from the water and resuscitated.
