Only time will tell if he stays off TMZ. Troubled singer Chris Brown has left his Los Angeles rehabilitation facility and is continuing his treatment for anger issues as an outpatient doing community service work. Brown voluntarily entered the facility after he was arrested in Washington D.C. for fighting with a man that left him with a misdemeanor assault charge.
