Move over Bella, Edward, and Jacob—there's another love triangle in town. Catching Fire, the second installment of The Hunger Games, took in $307.7 million globally, and $161 million domestically, on its opening weekend, overtaking The Twilight Saga: New Moon to make it the top November opening of all time in North America. Overall, Catching Fire holds the spot for fourth-largest opening of all time, after The Avengers, Iron Man 3, and the last Harry Potter. The first installment hit a total of $691.2 million worldwide, but Catching Fire is expected to beat that.
