The Biebs will soon have the distinct pleasure of being charged with crimes in not one, but two countries. The 19-year-old singer will be charged for his alleged involvement in the assault of a limo driver on Dec. 29. Just last week, Bieber was arrested in Florida for driving under the influence, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest. Of course, as he is Canadian, it was without violence.
