Russia got a stern talking-to by Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday afternoon. Kerry bluntly called out Russia for violating the Geneva agreement to de-escalate the situation in Ukraine, and threatened that if Russia continues, it would be a "grave" and "expensive mistake," leaving the U.S. with no choice but to impose sanctions. "You can’t resolve a crisis when only one side is willing to do what is necessary to prevent a confrontation," he said.
