U.S. Special Operations forces have captured one of the suspected ringleaders of the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, but Hillary Clinton says there’s still “a lot we don’t know” about what transpired on Sept. 11, 2012. Speaking to a CNN town hall after news broke of the capture of Ahmed Abu Khattala, Clinton said she was pleased with the raid but she is “still looking for answers because it was a confusing and difficult time.” She also told Fox News that she was skeptical about whether an anti-Islam film had something to do with the attacks, attributing the blame it took to “the fog of war.”

A secret raid on Khattala’s compound was conducted last weekend in concert with the FBI. Last year, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia charged Khattala and at least a dozen other suspects in connection with the Benghazi attacks, but he is the only one who has been caught so far. An official speaking on the condition of anonymity said he is “en route” to the U.S. to face a civilian trial.
