In a country-wide documentary broadcasted by state media, the public was informed that the 31-year-old leader is suffering from “discomfort.” Jong-un has constantly been a fixture in the country’s propaganda, but has not been photographed in almost a month, sparking rumors—along with his limp—that he is suffering from an illness such as gout.
