One in three ticket holders for Bill Cosby’s performance next week at the Tarrytown Music Hall in upstate New York have asked for a refund. The Dec. 6 show had sold out weeks before Cosby was set to perform, but the recent spate of old and new sexual-assault allegations led the theater to issue a refund option. Since refunds started being offered on Friday, 267 seats became available for the 4 p.m. show and 394 became available for the 7:30 p.m. show. The theater seats 843.
