Setting its sights on the upcoming year, Facebook is focusing on virtual reality headsets, drones, and data centers as its major developmental projects. Oculus Rift, who develops virtual reality headsets and was acquired by the social media networking company last year, is in the process of adding 54 new positions, which could signify its commercial launch according to analyst. In total, Facebook is adding 1,200 new jobs company wide, including positions focusing on building satellites and drones capable of delivering Internet to third-world countries.
