Weinstein ‘Didn’t Deny’ Groping Model

The New York Daily News claims to have spoken to someone familiar with a police sting operation on Harvey Weinstein in which the movie mogul failed to deny allegations of sexual assault. The anonymous source said Ambra Battilana, an Italian model, had worked with the police to record a phone call with Weinstein in which he did not deny allegations that he groped her in his office. “He didn’t deny doing what she said he did to her,” the source said. “The content of the phone call, there’s no question about what he did.” A spokesman for Weinstein insists that he has done nothing wrong.
