The stepchildren of a woman killed in a car crash involving Bruce Jenner in February are suing the reality-TV star for wrongful death, TMZ reports. The lawsuit claims Jenner was “careless and negligent” when he crashed into the rear end of Kim Howe. Law-enforcement officials told TMZ that Jenner wasn’t looking when he crashed, but that he wasn’t speeding. It may be hard for the stepchildren to prove damages given they had “virtually no relationship” with Howe, friends say.
