Police officers likely killed four of the nine members of bikers gangs who ended up dead after a bloody brawl in Waco, Texas, on Sunday. Before the fight broke out, police spent two months patrolling outside Twin Peaks, the bar that was hosting events for its biker clients. On Sunday, there were 18 officers on the scene, who responded to the violence within 30 to 45 seconds. Early evidence indicates four were shot by police gunfire. "We wanted our presence to be known," Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said on Monday. "They knew we were seconds away and going to respond. That mattered not to them."
