Citizens of the de facto ISIS capital of Raqqa will no longer be allowed to use the Internet at home or in private, AFP reports. According to a group of activists known as Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently, the terrorist group distributed leaflets warning that citizens had four days to cut Internet connections. Citizens and militants will be forced to use Internet cafes to get online, where they can be monitored by the jihadis. The U.K.-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports it’s also part of the group “trying to cut communications between its non-Syrian fighters and their families for fear of them trying to return home.”
