Texas Southern University was put on lockdown Friday morning after one person was killed, and another wounded, by a shooting at a campus-owned apartment complex. All classes have been canceled for the day at the historically black college, and the shooter is still at large. According to KTRK, this is the third shooting on the TSU campus in the past two months, and the second at this apartment complex.
