Two Georgia ex-deputies were acquitted Friday of involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of 22-year-old mentally ill man Mathew Ajibade, who died after being tased and left unattended while restrained in prison. While they were acquitted on the highest of three charges, Jason Kenny was found guilty of cruelty to a prisoner (a possible prison sentence of 1-3 years), and Maxine Kenny was found guilty of falsifying records.
