ExxonMobil is now officially under investigation for allegations that it misled the public about the industry's impact on climate change. Eric Schneiderman, the Attorney General of New York, subpoened the company because its researchers were concerned about climate change decades ago and subsequently made other statements doubting their own conclusions.
