One of the most prominent Republican members of Congress has endorsed Marco Rubio for president. Darrell Issa, best known for his tenure as chairman of the House Oversight Committee, told Fox & Friends on Monday that he will throw his weight behind the Florida senator’s presidential bid. “He’s been fighting for a lot of things I believe in,” Issa said.
