Lindsey Graham Drops Out of Race

Lindsey Graham announced Monday morning that he will exit the 2016 presidential race. In a video announcement, the South Carolinian senator lamented the "rising tide of isolationism" and insisted on the need for ground troops in fighting ISIS abroad.
