Donald Trump’s presidential campaign paid a Breitbart News national security editor $8,000 last year for "policy consulting," BuzzFeed News reported Tuesday. According to Federal Election Commission filings, Sebastian Gorka received the payment from Team Trump in October 2015. He has not written for the right-wing news site since December, but frequently appears in media as an editor for the site. The news of his "consulting" gig comes as the site is accused of having a particularly cozy relationship with Trump's campaign, especially after the site's editor-at-large was caught demanding staffers stay silent on the alleged battery of their own co-worker by the GOP frontrunner's campaign manager.
