The morning after Newt Gingrich shouted at Fox News host Megyn Kelly, telling her she is “fascinated with sex” because of her insistence on discussing the many allegations of sexual misconduct against Donald Trump, the former House speaker responded on Twitter that he does not have anger issues. “For the record, @megynkelly was wrong, i don’t have anger management issues. I do have media bias issues!” he wrote. “If Trump is a sexual predator, then it’s a big story,” Kelly told Gingrich on Tuesday evening’s The Kelly File. In response, Gingrich went on what Kelly called a “defensive” rant. Shortly after he accused her of being “fascinated by sex,” Kelly ended the interview, telling Gingrich: “You can take your anger issues and spend some time working on them, Mr. Speaker.” On Wednesday morning, Trump praised Gingrich, one of his top surrogates, saying, “Congratulations, Newt, on last night. That was an amazing interview. We don’t play games, Newt, right? We don’t play games.”
