Raven-Symoné Leaves ‘The View’ to Reboot Hit Disney Comedy

Raven-Symoné has announced she will leave ABC daytime talk show The View to develop a reboot to the Disney Channel comedy, That's So Raven, in which she starred as a psychic high-school student involved in family-friendly shenanigans. The 30-year-old will executive produce on the new show, as well as star as Raven Baxter, an update in which she is now a divorced mother to two pre-teens. One of the teens will have inherited psychic powers. She will relocate to Los Angeles to do the show. The original series ran from 2003 to 2007.
