Beyoncé and Adele were tapped Tuesday morning in three of the Grammys’ four major award categories, with the Formation singer leading the way with nine nominations, including Album of the Year and Record of the Year. Others picked in the album category include Justin Bieber, Drake, and country star Sturgill Simpson. Rihanna, Drake, and Kanye West all also earned eight nominations each. Those nominated for Best New Artist including country-pop sensation Kelsea Ballerini, Chance the Rapper (who nabbed a total of six other nods), Maren Morris, Anderson .Paak, and The Chainsmokers. The Grammys are scheduled to air on Feb. 12 on CBS.
