Former Donald Trump campaign manager and CNN political commentator Corey Lewandowski announced on Wednesday that he has opened a D.C. consulting firm just a block from the White House. The “full service government relations and political consulting firm” was chosen by Lewandowski over “multiple opportunities within the administration,” he said. “I informed him and his team I think I can best help him outside the formal structure of the government. I very much look forward to doing that every day.” Lewandowski is partering with Barry Bennett, a former senior advisor on Trump’s campaign. “My goal is to make sure the priorities of the Trump administration becomes reality,” Lewandowski said. The firm is located at 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue, less than one block west of the White House.
