Tomi Lahren spoke out on Wednesday for the first time since filing a lawsuit against Glenn Beck and TheBlaze for wrongfully terminating her employment with the network. The 24-year-old conservative firebrand has been unable to use her own social-media platforms following the suspension of her primetime TV show for expressing her pro-choice beliefs on The View, and in her lawsuit alleged that the right-wing outlet silenced her “presumably hoping they could find an exit strategy to sanitize their unlawful conduct.” Speaking exclusively with ABC’s Nightline, Lahren said, “To my former employer, I would just say: Let me go. Let me move on.” She added: “I’m deeply hurt by what has happened, I'm disappointed by what has happened. But if this is the way that it is, let’s just part ways cleanly.” Lahren additionally said that she feels “lost” after having her outlet for “catharsis” stripped from her.
