Chris Pine, the 33-year-old American actor who plays Captain Kirk in the latest Star Trek movies, has been charged with drunk driving in New Zealand. He will appear in court on Monday. According to police, he was charged back on March 1 with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit of 0.08 percent when he was stopped during a routine check near Methven. Pine is in New Zealand filing the movie Z for Zachariah.
