The longtime Fox News executive who wrote a column arguing that the new Olympics slogan should be “Darker, Gayer, Different” is out at the cable TV network, CNN reports. A spokesperson said John Moody “has retired from Fox News.” A source told CNN that Moody was already planning on retiring from Fox News before the column was published. Fox News ended up scrubbing the column from its site, explaining that it did not “reflect the views or values” of the network.
