Lindsey Graham’s health-care bill on Friday by announcing that he “cannot in good conscience” vote for it, Graham wants everyone to know the pair are still best of friends. “My friendship with John McCain is not based on how he votes but respect for how he’s lived his life and the person he is,” the senator and co-sponsor of the GOP’s latest health-care proposal said in a statement. “I respectfully disagree with his position not to proceed forward on Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson.”
