Judge Dismisses Andrea Tantaros’ Lawsuit Against Fox News

This comes after Tantaros lost her previous lawsuit against the cable news network.

Andrea Tantaros’ lawsuit against Fox News—which included allegations that she was wiretapped, that malware had been installed on her laptop, and that female anchors were recorded getting undressed—was rejected by a judge on Friday, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Tantaros filed suit in April 2017 after she lost her other case against Fox News, which claimed that she was “emotionally tortured under the Roger Ailes regime[.]” U.S. District Court Judge George Daniels sided with the defendants, including Fox News chief Bill Shine, in saying that Tantaros “failed to state a claim.”
